Looking to improve your fitness? Need to have some time for yourself? Want to lower your stress level and get healthy? Give yourself the gift of individual or group triathlon training! It's affordable, flexible and fun.

When and Where Are Group Training Sessions?

Train to Tri with Joy offers a six-week training program each spring and fall. You'll train at various convenient locations in Oviedo, Winter Springs, and Winter Park. Twice-weekly training sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.

What's Included in the Training Sessions?

The Train to Tri program focuses on preparing you to complete your first sprint triathlon or improve your performance if you have already completed a triathlon. Not only will the twice-weekly sessions help you learn to swim, cycle, and run, you'll also get expert advice about bike handling, nutritional counseling, swimming techniques, and more.

Whether you are a novice athlete training for your first triathlon or an experienced triathlete looking to improve your performance, Train to Tri with Joy can develop an individualized training program to help you attain your goals.
